Muyassar Razzoqova, an opera soloist at the Alisher Navoiy State Academic Grand Theater of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was born in 1964 in the city of Beruniy, Karakalpakstan. In 1988, she graduated from the opera class of the Tashkent State Conservatory named after M. Ashrafiy, under the mentorship of Rozalinda Laut and Saodat Qobulova, and in the same year, began her career as an opera soloist at the Alisher Navoiy Uzbek Academic Grand Theater, where she performed major roles in Uzbek and world classic operas staged at the theater.
Parts such as Oyxon in S. Yudakov's «Maysara's Tricks», Feruza in M. Bafoev's «Umar Khayyam», Dilorom in M. Ashrafiy's «Dilorom», Layli in Glier and T. Sodiqov's «Layli and Majnun», Violetta in J. Verdi's «La Traviata», Gilda in «Rigoletto», Oscar in «Un ballo in maschera», Rosina in D. Rossini's «The Barber of Seville», and Lucia in Donizetti's «Lucia di Lammermoor» are the result of the young opera soloist's creative work in a short period.
Finding her place in art as a result of gaining deep theoretical knowledge of opera art at the Tashkent State Conservatory, beginning her career at a grand art institution where Halima Nosirova, Saodat Qobulova, and other mature opera artists worked and created wonderful characters, learning from masters, and through creative searching, M. Razzoqova found her place in art.
Performing lead roles in national and world classic operas is a complex creative process that requires not only passion and talent but also great diligence and responsibility. It can be said that M. Razzoqova fulfilled this complex task with honor, not only as an opera soloist but also as a melodic singer.

In singing, following in the footsteps of her teacher Saodat Qobulova at first, she performed lyrical songs such as «Qashmirida», «Dugonalar», «Oq kabutar», and «Sevimli yorim». Later, choosing her own creative path, she gained value among the people by singing leading songs with content praising Independent Uzbekistan, valuing the motherland, honoring it, and strengthening independence, such as «Vatan», «Iftixor», «Men o'zbek qiziman», «Ulkam», «Vatan azizdir», «Gullar valsi», «Bahor nafasi», «Vatan madhi», «Sevgi izhori», «Mehring bilan yashaymiz Vatan», «Jahonda O'zbekiston», «Millat bayrog'i», «O'zbek davlati», and «Nurli orzular».
Created in creative collaboration with poets such as Jumaniyoz Jabborov, Normurod Nazrullaev, Abdulla Oripov, Omon Matchon, and Husniddin Sharipov, and composers such as Mustafo Bafoev, Rustam Abdullaev, and Anor Nazarov, these lyrical songs, which pulse in unison with the era of independence, remained the rarest masterpieces of the song art of the 90s. These songs of the singer were performed at grand celebrations dedicated to Independence and «Navruz» holidays and were well-received by the audience.
M. Razzoqova went on creative tours in Germany, France, the USA, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Turkey, and other foreign countries, expertly singing arias from world classic operas and Uzbek national songs, earning the attention of foreign music fans as well. She participated in republican and international competitions and won prizes and awards.
She participated in the Republic's opera singers' competition in 1989 and was a winner, won third prize at the Glinka International Young Opera Singers Competition in 1989, and second prize at the vocalists' competition in Hungary in 1990. In 1997, she became a laureate in the powerful opera singers' competition held in Italy, making it into the top thirty.
The talented opera soloist and melodic singer Muyassar Razzoqova holds the title of «People's Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan» (1998). She was elected as a deputy to the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan in 1999.
